TEHRAN The Palestinian Authority (PA) Chief Yasser Arafat has dismissed PA's number-two man Mahmoud Abbas, known as Abu Mazin, according to a report carried by the Lebanese daily *** Ad-Diyar *** on Friday. As regards the reasons for the dismissal, the daily wrote that Arafat has accused Abu Mazin of disregarding the rights of Palestinians in wooing the United States and the Zionist regime to back him up as successor to Arafat.
